I'm a PhD student in Uncertainty Quantification in Deep Learning for Autonomous Driving at the section of Cognitive Systems at the Technical University of Denmark. I'm supervised by Søren Hauberg (DTU), Javier Civera (University of Zaragoza), and Serge Belongie. I'm currently visiting Angjoo Kanazawa at UC Berkeley. I received the Elite Research Travel Grant (2022), which is awarded to 20 talented PhD students in Denmark. During my PhD I interned at Meta in Zurich (2021) and Slamcore in London (2020).
I graduated with honours from the MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Computing. The honours program at DTU is an elite education that offers a more challenging course of study, individual tutoring and ambitious research affiliation. I did my master thesis within visual lifelong place recognition. The second year of my MSc studies was spent as an exchange student at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of California, Berkeley. I visited Marc Pollefeys' Visual Computing Group at ETH Zurich in 2019 and Javier Civera's Computer Vision Group at the University of Zaragoza in 2018.
I received my BSc in Mathematics and Technology Engineering in 2017. I have industry experience from Meta (Switzerland), Slamcore (UK), Beep Analytics (Denmark), Mapillary (Sweden), AutoDesk (Denmark) and IBM (Denmark).
